Management poetry as a communicational dimension in the 21st century

Abstract

Communication allows the dialogue to be established and the message to flow. Management poetry is the production of something new by the members of the organization that are constantly in a process of creation and communication. In this, dialogicity and communicative affectivity play a fundamental role, therefore they respond to human nature itself. Effectiveness allows t raise self-esteem to face the different situations of daily life. Through the poetry, the actions or performances of the workers are described and interpreted through reflective spaces that reflect the sense of belonging to the university institution. This is how management communication is developed through the principles of congruence, descriptive communication, orientation to the problem and not to the person, validation, specificity, conjunctivity, ownership and listening.
