Stratégies pour le développment de l'intelligence émotionnelle en classe

L'article met l'accent sur l'importance de développer l'intelligence émotionnelle chez les élèves du secondaire. Dans ce contexte, il souligne le besoin pour les enseignants de se concentrer sur le développement des compétences émotionnelles des élèves, car cela peut améliorer leurs performances académiques et leur bien-être émotionnel. De plus, il présente une revue de la littérature sur l'intelligence émotionnelle et sa relation avec l'apprentissage, ainsi qu'une description des stratégies que les enseignants peuvent utiliser pour encourager le développement de l'intelligence émotionnelle en classe. Il souligne également l'importance de la formation des enseignants sur ce sujet et suggère qu'elle soit incluse dans les programmes de formation initiale et continue.
