The active school allows a pedagogy that demands the global society and needs a trained teacher, trained in concepts in pedagogy that really serve him in the working world to apply a participatory didactics in the learner, satisfying and raising awareness through behavior: compliance with the duty of citizenship,
exercising the profession characterized by dedication, time, effort and honesty with himself. Therefore, the research aims to generate a pedagogical model for the active school as the axis of education in values, a multidimensional vision in the learner subject in the Rural Educational Center "La Laguna" in the municipality of Silos Norte de Santander Colombia. As for the paradigmatic level, the study was under a quantitative approach according to the interest of the researcher. The quantitative methods for this type of research only provide objective knowledge of this reality. Consequently, the researcher focused as descriptive type, field design, non-experimental, transactional. Likewise, as a researcher and author of this theoretical model, it is recommended that it be complemented with a theoretical contribution that is considered a contribution to Colombian education, and that the Ministry of National Education develop it in the curriculum of basic primary education as a way of interrelating values in educational
contexts.
