Education is characterized by educational reforms combined with universalization processes such as globalization experienced with the use of information and communication technologies; fact, which demonstrates the need to conceive innovative models, focused on educational actors. Because of this, the intentionality of this essay is aimed at providing advances in a doctoral research whose purpose will be to generate a transdisciplinary model oriented towards the incorporation of technological innovations in educational institutions. It is important to highlight that the investigation is part of the philosophical guidelines that underlie the Doctorate in Educational Sciences of the Unellez. It is based epistemologically from a holistic view, through a posture qualitative methodological framework framed in the cualitative paradigm under a hermeneutical phenomenological method, establishing as informants three teachers from different educational institutions, taking certain characteristics or inclusion criteria such as: Participation as an active member in the school, doctor's degree; knowledge of the subject matter of study, willingness to collaborate with research, among others. For the collection of information, the interview technique will be used through an interview script, which will be triangulated to achieve coding, structuring, contrasting and theorizing, until revealing the foundations that allow generating a transdisciplinary model oriented towards incorporation of technological innovations in educational institutions.
