Man is the greatest predator and in turn the rebuilder of the environment, has generated multiple forms of pollution and environmental problems since the beginning of the world. Today we have pollution without borders associated with all human activities and that, along with other serious problems, is degrading all ecosystems, contributing to climate change whose consequences we are already experiencing. For this reason, it is necessary to study the causes of this degradation to avoid it, combat it and proceed to environmental recovery to make a sustainable future possible. This is how international environmental protection treaties appear and based on these, the States enact internal Laws to prevent the polluting effects of the planet.
